Sometimes UNC Charlotte faculty, staff and students will not have access to a document that they should have access.  More often than not, the reason for this is because they are logged into Google with another Google account.  If you click on the link to a document you believe you should have access to and you get a page with the message “You need permission to access this item”, do the following:

1. Click on the link to “Choose a different account”
2. If you do NOT see your UNC Charlotte user account listed as an account to chose, then click on “Sign in to another account”
3. Type in your UNC Charlotte email address and click “Sign in” (no password needed at this point)
4. On the Google Apps at UNC Charlotte page, log in with your NinerNET username and password
5. Choose the Google account that has your UNC Charlotte email address as its name and click the “Continue” button
