Gmail is set by default to ‘Reply’ to an email message, which means your reply only goes to the sender, even if others have been CC’d on the message. And it might mean that someone who needs to be included is excluded by accident. If you change the default to ‘Reply to all,’ you’ll keep everyone in the conversation.
