tool for several scenarios. \u00a0It can be used in class to provide live feedback on which students understand the current lesson and which do not. \u00a0It can be used during a presentation to evaluate different points of view. \u00a0It can be used to poll an audience&#8217;s opinion on a topic and display the results for discussion. \u00a0The results can be displayed anonymously so honest comments and feedback can be received without the fear of being singled out, in the spotlight, embarrassed, wrong, or harsh. \u00a0Having this information ensures that the audience and instructor are in agreement on the present state of knowledge and can form a more educated decision about the progression of the class\/discussion\/presentation.<\/p>\n<p>At the conclusion of the poll\/quiz\/survey, Socrative provides built-in analytical tools and the ability to download the data to Excel. \u00a0All results are stored in the Socrative account for future reference and reflection.<\/p>\n<p>For a
