Some are beneficial, some are harmful, some are both and most we have no idea, but we are working on it!<\/i><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"has-text-color has-link-color has-medium-font-size wp-elements-3b9ffac30bb9ee0e27f4b24cfc63e17c\" style=\"color:#c2b165\"><span style=\"color: #94823d\"><b>&gt;<\/b><\/span><b> From DNA to Diversity<\/b><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"has-white-color has-text-color has-link-color has-medium-font-size wp-elements-ed79f4fd3cb3bb97f7f32f59080a0596\"><i>The genomes of Individuals and species vary in increasingly interesting ways that help us understand their history as well as ways they adapt to different environments. By measuring these variants with sequencing technologies, we are increasingly able to <\/i><i>to<\/i><i> determine these connections.&nbsp;<\/i><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"has-text-color has-link-color has-medium-font-size wp-elements-1f3684a700640ed864b4b729d5ce8d7a\" style=\"color:#c2b165\"><span style=\"color: #94823d\"><b>&gt;<\/b><\/span> <b>What time is it anyway?<\/b><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"has-white-color has-text-color has-link-color has-medium-font-size wp-elements-db7bc9c6d4a7ebf53d60d74afac793eb\"><i>Animals (and all other organisms) have different versions of an internal timekeeping mechanism (\u2018circadian clock\u2019). We study these mechanisms in cnidarians to understand their evolution and function.<\/i><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"has-text-color has-link-color has-medium-font-size wp-elements-e3f629b26c193d958460316a4aea9b6a\" style=\"color:#c2b165\"><span style=\"color: #94823d\"><b>&gt;<\/b><\/span> <b>Can you take the heat (and cold)?<\/b><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"has-white-color has-text-color has-link-color has-medium-font-size wp-elements-9743a36e079ae58bc6a077a2ec7fa35d\"><i>Climate change is reshaping biodiversity around the world. How do different species (coral, oyster,&nbsp; sea squirt,&nbsp; sea urchin , anemones) respond to these environmental challenges?
