
Lab PI : Aneesha Dasgupta
Born and raised in New Delhi, India, Aneesha came to the US in 2014 for her PhD in UNMC. During her graduate training in a pancreatic cancer lab, her journey of studying cancer cachexia started. After her PhD, she joined Dr. Jason Doles’ lab to gain more expertise in muscle biology. In her independent position, she aims to converge her knowledge of graduate and postdoctoral training. Her lab will study the crosstalk of tumor and peripheral organs such as muscle.
