Our Vision

The Care Conference is rooted in the belief that supporting those who care for others is essential to building a thriving, resilient community. We focus on empowering front-line care providers who serve vulnerable populations in Charlotte, NC—those facing housing instability, unemployment, and other economic hardships.

These professionals work on the front lines every day, guiding individuals and families at risk of homelessness toward stability and hope. Through education, direct service, and unwavering commitment, they help tackle some of our city’s most complex challenges.

Yet, this work is not without its burdens. The emotional strain, burnout, and personal hardships can lead to attrition—impacting the very organizations (e.g., Roof Above, Goodwill, Crisis Assistance Ministry, and others) that our community depends on.

The Care Conference exists to meet this need—offering a space for growth, connection, and renewal. By equipping care providers with tools, insights, and community, we strengthen those who strengthen others—ensuring they can continue their vital work with resilience and purpose.
