- Participants will serve as an advisory group to the Dean of CLAS on College initiatives and special projects. They will participate in focus groups for the Dean and Associate Deans regarding College programs and policies and submit reports to the Dean.
- Participants will be involved in CLAS sponsored events, where they will make connections with majors from other fields in CLAS, with CLAS administrators, faculty, and staff and with alumni and friends in the Charlotte community. For example, they will serve as host/hostesses at the Personally Speaking lecture series, among other events.
- Participants will receive professional development training through workshops and panels and personal training will be provided by various faculty and staff members
- Participants will meet bi-weekly with the Associate Dean for Academic and Student Success and will commit additional time towards fulfilling CLASS-ACT responsibilities.
