I am currently in my seventeenth year of teaching, fourteenth year at Northwest Cabarrus Middle School in Cabarrus County. I majored in Middle Grades Education with concentrations in Mathematics and English\/Language Arts. I earned my undergraduate degree from Ashland University in Ashland, Ohio in 2001. I moved to the Charlotte area in 2004 from Ohio. In 2011, I earned my Master\u2019s in Education from UNCC. When I am not teaching or attending school functions\/activities, I enjoy spending time with my seven year old son and cheering on The Ohio State Buckeyes!<\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p>Hello! I coach the cheerleading team here at Stanley, and I have worked with several marching bands and colorguard groups in the Gaston County area.
