The Diversity, Inclusion, and Creating Equality Psychology Research Lab conducts research examining the manifestation of discrimination against stigmatized individuals in workplace settings. Our research focuses on subtle forms of discrimination. We explore the consequences of such discrimination on employees and organizations as well as strategies to combat and reduce discrimination. Additionally, we examine the effects of societal crises on individual attitudes and performance as well as interpersonal relationships within the workplace.
