These Story Maps complement field surveys and demographic data and allow to trace landscape change from the perspectives of business owners and through the stories of food businesses populating those areas.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Some of the stories have been created by UNC Charlotte students enrolled in a Food, Migration and Place course in Spring 2021 or Spring 2022.
