We are delighted to invite you to the 6th<\/sup> Annual Election Science, Research, and Administration Conference, July 27-29, 2022 in Charlotte, NC.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

At the current time, our plan is to hold this meeting in person<\/strong>, but do have back-up plans in case the conference must go hybrid\/virtual. As per usual, registration is free<\/strong>. We have a limited amount of funding for travel. If you need travel funding, we can provide some\u2014most likely in the form of paying for a hotel room for two nights. Please let us know when you register if you need travel funding.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Also, the National Science Foundation is providing 12 graduate students with a $500 training honorarium. The $500 training stipend is available for the first 12 graduate students who are presenting a paper\/poster who register for the conference.<\/strong> We can also provide hotel accommodations for graduate students.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

The National Science Foundation is providing a $500 travel stipend for state and local election officials. The stipend is available for the first 12 election officials who register for the conference. Hotel expenses are also available. <\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n

Conference attendees are expected to behave professionally and comport with UNC Charlotte\u2019s Sexual Harassment and Interpersonal Violence Policy found at: https:\/\/legal.charlotte.edu\/policies\/up-502<\/a>.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

If you need childcare, we are happy to provide a list of local temporary care providers.[1]<\/a><\/p>\n\n\n\n
