You can purchase a new license directly from ALEKS. It costs about $16. <a href=\"https:\/\/secure.aleks.com\/shiblogon\/sso?sso_account=91822d4&amp;enroll_class_code=WYPNP-TWMEX\">Use the link<\/a> (it&#8217;s the same as the link at the bottom of the <a href=\"https:\/\/pages.charlotte.edu\/math-placement\/\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noreferrer noopener\">\u00a0math placement page<\/a>). You&#8217;ll be taken to a page where you can select &#8220;Add Class&#8221; (see the picture below). If you click that link, you will be prompted for a 10-digit class code. The code you should use is\u00a0<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"has-text-align-center\"><strong>EVKDC-P3FVA<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>You will then need to purchase an access code.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Once you have purchased the access code, you will be able to continue progressing through the ALEKS PPL assessment. The password is the same: <strong>CHARLOTTE1<\/strong>.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><strong>Very important:<\/strong> when you are satisfied with your score on the placement assessment, you must email math-placement@charlotte.edu so that your score can be updated in Banner.
