Classes with Dr. Eppes
I generally teach Soil Science, Geomorphology, and advanced versions of each (Applied Soil Science, and Landscape Assessment). My teaching is focused on experiential, field- and laboratory-based learning opportunities. We take frequent field trips in and out of North Carolina. We are often dirty, cold, hot, tired and/or all of the above! But it is worth it! My students frequently are co-authors or authors of the outstanding student work that is completed in our classes.
