Arash Darafsheh, Ph.D. student
Arash joined Mesophotonics Lab in 2009. His interests are in experimental and theoretical studies of mesophotonic structures and devices.
Ken Allen, Ph.D. student
Ken joined Mesophotonics Lab in 2009 as a summer NSF REU student. After graduating with a B.S. in Physics (with Honors) in December 2010, Kenneth continued his studies in Mesophotonics Lab as a Ph.D. graduate student. His interests are in experimental mesophotonics, sensor and surgical applications.
Yangcheng Li, Ph.D. student
After graduation with B.S. in Engineering from Tianjin University and Nankai University in 2010 Yangcheng joined the Mesophotonics Lab in 2011 as a Ph.D. graduate student. His interests are in resonant light pressure effects.
Adam Burand, M.S. student
Adam joined Mesophotonics group in 2011 with M.S. in Medical Physics from UNCC. He is working on his M.S. in Optical Science and Engineering. His interests are in experimental studies and numerical modeling of laser surgery devices.
