Our work also involves applications related to photocatalysis and materials for photovoltaic or <a href=\"https:\/\/pubs.acs.org\/doi\/10.1021\/cr1002326\">solar fuels applications<\/a>. Our work spans materials research, organic synthesis, hybrid organic\/inorganic systems, and nanoscience. We are particularly interested in enhancing the light harvesting and energy (exciton) transfer mechanisms found in <a href=\"http:\/\/pubs.rsc.org\/en\/Content\/ArticleLanding\/2015\/TC\/C4TC02232G#!divAbstract\">porphyrin thin films<\/a> and <a href=\"https:\/\/advanced.onlinelibrary.wiley.com\/doi\/10.1002\/adfm.202103408\">organic electrochromic<\/a> and <a href=\"https:\/\/pubs.acs.org\/doi\/10.1021\/acsaom.4c00014\">chromogenic materials<\/a>.<\/p>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"<p>B.S.
