Thanks to social media, I just came across an interesting article on why email needs to die. Interestingly enough, it advocates the use of platforms like Facebook and Twitter to replace todays email. My initial thought when reading the article was something along the lines of “…from my cold dead hands!” But then I re-read the article and the author makes a several good points about the lack of functionality our current email has and my mind started to change. Anyway, before I end up paraphrasing the entire article, I suggest going here and reading it for yourself.
