Dr. Blanchard is a professor of Psychological and Organization Science at UNC Charlotte. Her research interests include online and face-to-face groups and communities. Her research has been published in Group Processes & Ingroup Relations, Organizational Psychology Review, Journal of Vocational Behavior, and Computers in Human Behavior among other academic journals and books.
Dr. Blanchard directs the Virtual Identity, Community, and Entitativity (VICE) Research Lab composed of faculty, graduate students, and undergraduate students in Organizational Science, Psychological Science, Sociology, and Human-Computer Interactions. They are the VICE squad.
