There is financial support available for students and young researchers which is provided by the NSF. To apply for support, please send an email to Will Brian at wbrian.math@gmail.com.
Within your email of request, please include
- your status,
- your affiliation,
- whether you plan to speak at the conference, and
- where you are coming from to attend BLAST 2023.
Additionally, graduate students should request that their faculty advisors send an email of endorsement to the conference organizer at the email address listed above.
Travel funding decisions will be made starting April 16th, 2023.
BLAST is committed to supporting the participation of the parents of young children. Unfortunately, we are not able to offer on-site childcare. However, if you need any logistical assistance with anything related to traveling with your child(ren), please do not hesitate to reach out, and we will assist in whatever ways we can.
