About the Center
The Department of Criminal Justice and Criminology is the home of the Center for Studies in China. Center faculty are from a variety of campus departments outside of Criminal Justice and include Communications, Economics, Engineering, English, Foreign Languages, History, International Studies, Political Science, Public Administration and Sociology.

Center Goals
A Center goal is to facilitate the exchange of scientific information and expertise between research scholars, academicians and practitioners. The Center is linked with a number of universities and Centers in China to offer a wide range of opportunities for faculty and students with interests of common concern for both the United States and China.
The Center is designed to focus on long and short-term training and education experiences in both countries.
