Krista J. Saral received her Ph.D. in Economics from Florida State University in 2009 and is an associate professor in the Department of Economics at UNC Charlotte. Her research interests broadly lie in auction markets, management/personnel economics, entrepreneurship, and experimental methods. Her research has published in leading journals including the Economic Journal, European Economic Review, among others, and has earned media attention in outlets such as the Harvard Business Review. She is also a Chercheur Associée (Associate Researcher) with the CNRS laboratory, GATE Lyon Saint-Etienne, in Lyon, France.
