Paul Gilles

Mr. Paul Gilles joined the Belk College of Business at UNC Charlotte as a full-time lecturer in 2016 and part-time before that. He has instructed a finance and accounting for non accounting and finance professionals program for 15 years, as part of a professional certification program. He has published over 30 articles on various organizational effectiveness topics. Mr. Paul Gilles, CPA, CMA has 30 years of executive leadership and senior consultative experience in Big 4, management consulting, and most recently, as an SVP at a Fortune 125 company. His experience has included the following:

• Big 4 (KPMG and PWC)—auditing, tax and financial consulting
• Management Consulting (Mercer Consulting)—Principal focused on performance measurement and strategy execution
• Corporate—analytics, performance measurement, organizational assessment and effectiveness, strategy clarification/execution and special projects (including M&A)
