Dr. Theresa Mannah-Blankson joined the Belk College of Business in August 2019 and is the MS in Management Program Director. Prior to her joining the Belk College of Business, Dr. Mannah-Blankson received her Ph.D. in economics from the University of Massachusetts Amherst and began her teaching career in 2016 as an Assistant Professor of Economics at Messiah College in Mechanicsburg, PA. Before starting the doctoral program at the University of Massachusetts Amherst, Dr. Mannah-Blankson worked as an economist attached to the Monetary Policy Committee at the Central Bank of Ghana. Her research work focuses on gender and development, bureaucratic corruption, and monetary economics (banking).
