The data includes quantitative and qualitative data that are designed to test the conceptual framework above where underrepresentation of women and men in STEM fields is accounted for by student characteristics interacting with their experiences in secondary and post-secondary school.  We classify STEM majors based on the National Science Foundation’s classification of programs.  For more detail, click on the links below:
