Biography
Suzanne Leland is a Professor of political science and public administration at UNC Charlotte and earned her PhD at the University of Kansas. She directed the Gerald G. Fox Master of Public Administration from 2012-2016. Leland received the 2019 Donald Stone Distinguished Scholar Award from the American Society of Public Administration and the 2020 Harshini de Silva Graduate Mentor Award from UNC Charlotte and the American Society of Public Administration Section on Intergovernmental Relations Stone Award. In 2024 she was inducted into the National Academy of Public Administration.
