Crystal came to UNC Charlotte after several years as a Helpdesk Technician for UNC at Pembroke. She came to attend graduate school in January 2011, but soon found herself a university employee in the MOSAIC department in the College of Engineering. Originally hired as a student worker doing web and application development, she was soon hired as a fulltime Windows developer. A year later, she decided to return to her web development roots when she accepted the position of the Director of Academic Technologies Research in the College of Liberal Arts and Sciences’ Office of Academic Technology Department.

Crystal is proficient in HTML, CSS, JavaScript, jQuery, PHP, and MySQL.
