You probably meant to ‘Reply to all’

Gmail is set by default to ‘Reply’ to an email message, which means your reply only goes to the sender, even if others have been CC’d on the message. And it might mean that someone who needs to be included is excluded by accident. If you change the default to ‘Reply to all,’ you’ll keep everyone in the conversation. (And you can remove individuals from the reply if you choose.) Here’s how to make the change:

Listserv and Google groups

The University is transitioning away from listservs. If you request a new listserv, a Google group will be created. For more information about the move from listserv to Google groups, please see this ITS FAQ page.

Academic Affairs no longer uses the University listservs to communicate with faculty and staff. They now send mail to the Google groups aa-all-group and aa-all-faculty-group. One advantage of the Google groups is that they are dynamic and based on Banner membership….
