The Society for Social Studies of Science (4S) is now inviting proposals for open panels for its 2015 Annual Meeting, November 11-15 in Denver, Colorado. The purpose of open panels is to support the formation of new networks around topics of interest to the 4S community. Association for Environmental Studies and Sciences: The proposal deadline has now been extended to January 30, 2015, for the Association for Environmental Studies and Sciences conference, June 24-27, 2015, in sunny, warm San Diego, CA. Proposals to date run the gamut from science to social science to arts and humanities, including research reports, policy examinations, controversies, teaching/learning updates, and pragmatic sessions on interdisciplinary careers and getting published. The World Federation of Engineering Organizations – Committee on Education In Engineering (WFEO-CEIE) – is organizing the 10th World Congress on Engineering Education (WCEE 2015) in Beirut, Lebanon with the collaboration of the Federation of Lebanese Engineers, ASEE and ASCE.
