The Society for Social Studies of Science (4S) is now inviting proposals for open panels for its 2015 Annual Meeting, November 11-15 in Denver, Colorado. The purpose of open panels is to support the formation of new networks around topics of interest to the 4S community. Deadline for submissions of individual papers, session proposals and movies/videos is Sunday, March 29, 2015. http://www.4sonline.org/meeting

Purdue University Student Pugwash Conference: Global Sustainability: Sacking Poverty Barriers Through Innovation, April 10-11, 2015. Additional conference information will be available soon on Purdue’s website.

Association for Environmental Studies and Sciences: The proposal deadline has now been extended to January 30, 2015, for the Association for Environmental Studies and Sciences conference, June 24-27, 2015, in sunny, warm San Diego, CA. Proposals to date run the gamut from science to social science to arts and humanities, including research reports, policy examinations, controversies, teaching/learning updates, and pragmatic sessions on interdisciplinary careers and getting published. Proposal submission details are at www.aess.info.  Deadline:  January 30, 2015.

The World Federation of Engineering Organizations – Committee on Education In Engineering (WFEO-CEIE) – is organizing the 10th World Congress on Engineering Education (WCEE 2015) in Beirut, Lebanon with the collaboration of the Federation of Lebanese Engineers, ASEE and ASCE. The Congress will take place on the 29th and 30th of October 2015.  http://www.wfeo-ceie.org/callpapers.php. No deadline posted as of 1/16/15.
